Our vision at TLC is to see an established multicultural congregation that would endeavor to create an environment of harmony, growth, and team effort where all races and cultural backgrounds can worship and minister together. We believe that your experience with TLC will help you to a life of purpose and prosperity that will benefit you, your family, and your community. At TLC we want you to think, believe, and speak BIG!
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one true God, eternal in his existence, Triune in His manifestation- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit- and that he is sovereign and absolute in His authority.
We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, in it's entirety to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible, authoritative, without error, as God's revealed word to man.
We believe in the complete deity of our Lord Jesus Christ and in His supernatural conception and virgin birth. We believe He lived a sinless life and died a vicarious and atoning death.
We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future return to this Earth in power and glory to rule and reign forever.
We believe in communion as regular observance for all believers to remember the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We believe in salvation of lost sinful man by the regeneration of the Holy Spirit. We believe that each man must repent and that salvation is sovereign grace through faith in Jesus Christ as savior.
We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit, as evidenced in the book of Acts is given to every believer that asks, and it enables that Christian to live a holy, sanctified life of power.
We believe the bodily resurrection of the saved and the lost, the saved to everlasting life, and the lost without Christ to eternal damnation.
We believe in water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior and that it is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life.
We believe in divine healing provided through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ as an inclusive portion of His passion.
We believe in the present day ascension gift ministries of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher, and the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit as supernatural phenomena.
OUR MISSION
Our mission at TLC is to see North Alabama set ablaze with the fire of God. We are equipping children, youth, and adults with the boldness to reach this generation!! Acts1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria and to the ends of the earth!
Our passion is to see people of all ages healed from all sickness both mental and physical! We have been redeemed from the curse! Galatians 3:13-14. THIS IS A HEALING PLACE!!
